As already stated we respect your right to privacy so you can rest assured that under no circumstances will we sell or rent your information to any third parties nor will we give access to your details for marketing purposes.

We require you to opt-in or give prior consent before we can contact you via email, phone or text for any marketing and promotional purposes. We are also unable to get into contact with you via your postal address if you have made it clear you don’t want us to. What are your rights ?

In line with GDPR regulations which are in effect from 25th May 2018 you may ask us for a copy of the details we hold on file for you. You can equally request us to edit, adjust or delete any or all of this information. We are obliged to deliver upon your request within 30 days under GDPR legislation.

How do we protect your information ?

Once you have given us personal details we go to considerable lengths to ensure it is protected. While we do our utmost to guarantee the safety of your personal information you also have to remember that details such as your email address are being sent over the Internet and, as such, we cannot 100% guarantee the security of these. You send information to us over the Internet at your own risk. Once we get hold of your information, however, we do everything we can to secure it on our systems through the use of secure servers and security certificates (SSL).

Breaches

If an extraordinary situation arises where any relative data has been breached, hacked or stolen, it is our policy to notify you as soon as possible of such breaches along with our contingency plan limit any potential damage arising from such a breach.

 

Social media competitions 

Competitions are open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over, 

Opening and closing dates will be announced in the post published to promote the competition. Entries submitted after this final closing date will not be included.

Prize(s) will be described on the post published to promote the competition and is non-transferable. There is no cash or other prize alternative. In the event of cancellations, there will not be a refund of the prize value.

No cash in lieu.

By participating in Anglea D'Arcy Jewellery promotions and competitions, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

 

The competition rules will be fully described in the post. Usually it would include comment & like.  Winners will be chosen at random from the draw from those who have correctly submitted their entry.  Draw will take place on the date published and winner(s) will be contacted through our Facebook page, 

 

Angela D'Arcy Jewellery reserves the right to withdraw or amend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.

  4. Angela D'arcy Jewellery reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that no contact has been made within a 48 hour period.

  5. Angela D'Arcy Jewellery is not liable for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the promotion or prize.

  6. Entry into this competition will be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the Terms and Conditions of this competition. A failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to alert Facebook to any such behaviour, which may result in the person’s account being frozen pending investigation.

  7. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by participating in this competition.

  8. Only one entry per person. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.

  9. Angela D'Arcy Jewellery reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the Entrants. By entering the promotion, the Entrants agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the promotion.

  10. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded as a proof of age.
